Who should I contact if I have additional questions?

Are there overnight accomodations?

Yes - overnight accommodations are available on-site in air conditioned, dorm style cabins.

What is the cost of overnight accomodations?

The price is $150 per person. If you would like to have sheets provided there is an additional cost of $30 per person.

Whats included in the accomodation charge?

The charge includes a BBQ on Friday night (beer and wine will be provided), breakfast and lunch on Saturday, brunch on Sunday and two nights in the cabins. Each cabin is equipped with private bathrooms and showers. This also includes after party smores and usage of all camp facilities, including fishing, sports, lake, etc.

Do I have to stay over both nights?

No - you may stay one or both nights, however the accommodation fee remains the same.

How do I pay for accomodations?

We have set up a section in our registry (Labeled - Pay for your stay) or you can venmo Becky (@Becky-Beltrone). If you are paying through the website, there will be a small transaction fee, but if you are paying through venmo, there is no additional fee.

When do I have to pay by?

Please pay Becky for your accommodations no later than July 6, 2025.

When can I check in?

Check in is anytime after 4 pm on Friday afternoon.

When is check out?

Check out is 12 pm on Sunday.

What should I bring?

All campers should plan on bringing bedding, pillows, towels, coolers with beverages of choice, clothes, toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, bathing suit (optional), sunglasses, water shoes (optional), flashlights, phone chargers, camp chairs (optional), fishing gear, camera, lawn games (cornhole, frisbee, wiffle ball, etc.), sunhat, table games (cards, board games, etc.), hair dryer, curling iron, personal speaker,

Can I select my bunkmates?

If you have a bunkmate selection, please share those details with Michele or Becky no later than July 6, 2025. Cabins can accommodate up to 16-20 people, but we will aim to keep the occupants per cabin to a minimum! You will not be bunked with strangers. If you do not choose your own bunkmates, we will do our best to arrange them so that you are with familiar people and that cabins are not overcrowded.

Do the cabins have fridges?

Unfortunately no, please bring your own coolers.

How do I RSVP?

We request that all guests RSVP on our website in the designated section.

When do I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you to RSVP by July 6, 2025.

Can I bring a plus one?

While we have done our best to add a plus one for anyone in a long-term relationship, we realize that we may have omitted a significant other. Please contact Michele or Becky with questions.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your kiddos, this is an adult only event.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The majority of our events and activities will be held outdoors (weather permitting). Our reception will be indoors.

What's the rain plan?

There is a separate ceremony space to accommodate all guests in the case of inclement weather.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Yes, of course! Wine and beer will be provided during the Friday night BBQ and open bar will be available for the cocktail hour and reception!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

We will do our best to ensure that all meals have vegetarian and gluten free options. Should you have additional questions, please contact Michele or Becky.

What should I wear?

Dress attire is dressy casual (country club) for the wedding. The bride and groom request that you please avoid jeans and graphic tees. Sundresses, khaki shorts, and collared shirts are acceptable.

What shoes should I wear?

The ceremony will be on grass so please be mindful of your choice of footwear. Of course, we will encourage crocs and cowboy boots, lol.

Can I take photos?

We kindly ask and urge that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We will have photographers and videographers to capture those moments. Photos may be taken at all other times, provided they are shared with the bride and groom! For the day of the wedding, we will be using the POV app. This will allow all guests to take and upload photos throughout the night! (A QR code will be provided on the wedding day.) We would love candid's, additional moments, and memories!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

What is the wedding weekend itinerary?

Check in begins Friday at 4 pm. Bridal party rehearsal will take place after check-in. Friday evening will consist of a red, white and blue welcome BBQ followed by a campfire by the lake. Saturday, breakfast will be served, and camp activities will open for all guests. Lunch will then be served, and camp activities will close so guests can go to their cabins to begin getting ready. The ceremony will then take place followed by cocktail hour and the reception. The night will end with an after party! (We have waited 2,505 days for this, party appropriately!!!) On Sunday, brunch will be served along with our camp awards ceremony! Guests can then pack their belongings and check out by 12 pm.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes - this venue is wheelchair accessible.

Will there be organized activities?

We are leaving it up to you to organize your own ball games, competitions, hikes, and whatever else you may think of! Feel free to plan a group Olympics! We encourage it!
